Hi there! I am Laura, a.k.a. the Master Juggler under the Big Top that is my life.
My life is indeed a circus with a darling husband, five cute and sometimes cuddly clowns (Holly, Zoë, Abby, Jodie and Daniel), a brand new attraction that is my amazing grand-daughter, Hazel, two goofy dogs (Buster and Betty) and a scary, bitch~kitty named Ginger who merely tolerates me because I am the only one who will clean her littler box.
As if that wasn’t enough to keep me occupied I work in a busy Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit as a Registered Nurse. I truly believe that I was meant to be in the NICU caring for the tiniest of patients. I would have never met my son were it not for my vocation and I won’t hesitate to share my passion for prematurity awareness and adoption.
This is my adventures in juggling.

Hi Laura,
You sound incredibly busy! I don’t know how you juggle it all…. I’d love to talk to you about http://www.workitmom.com and perhaps you would be interested in doing a guest blog post on our site?
Please let me know.
Many thanks!
Victoria
Hi! I stumbled upon your website while looking for a picture of my old fisher-price wooden high chair I used for my daughter. I was getting ready to sell it on craigslist, but after seeing how you refinished it, I have been inspired to hang on to it and do the same. I’ve been reading through your blog and really enjoy your musings. Thanks for the inspiration!
Jessica
