OMG!!!!!!

Don’t worry, I checked and our George is lead free. Thank goodness. George and Daniel have been through so much in the past three years: surgeries, PT and OT, sickness, breathing treatments, preschool, potty training, kindergarten. I can’t imagine separating such close friends.

coming attraction?

Okay, I know some of you know already because I told you. For the rest of my readers…I’m not pregnant. Remember I am 45 years old and dealing with the mountaintop experience that is perimenopause. I just recently had a mammogram to evaluate a lump. Bill got fixed 11 years ago. I just began a serious weight loss and fitness program which includes spending money on a personal trainer all to try to reclaim my MILF status…or at least fit into my favorite skinny Lucky brand jeans. No, my gestating and over-populating the Earth days are most definitely behind me.

But perhaps I can try to become a GILF?

Maybe.

Still congratulations are in order so congratulate me.

Abby: Mom, what time was I born?

Mom: 6:58 in the evening.

Abby: (wrinkling her nose a little in teen-aged disgust) Why was I born so late?

Mom: As if I had control over that? Believe me, I would have been totally cool with you coming out at, say, 12:58 in the afternoon but nooo-oooo you took your own sweet time.

Abby: (grins)

Happy 14th birthday Abigael Rose! I love you sweet girl!
